We’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns. Credits are issued as digital gift cards and can be redeemed online. No refunds are available.

 

Return Policy

We want you to feel absolutely in love with every piece you order from our boutique! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help — you can exchange it for a different size or receive store credit for eligible items.

Here’s what makes an item eligible:

  • Returns should be sent within 10 days of receiving your order

  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with tags and packaging intact

  • Please make sure items are free of odors, pet hair, or stains (yes, that includes deodorant and makeup!)

We do our best to honor all returns that meet these guidelines — items that don’t may be declined, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Final Sale: Clearance items, accessories, jewelry, preorders, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every piece you pick from our boutique to feel just right! If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process simple:

For Online Orders:

  1. Shoot us an email at hillsdalehome22@gmail.com with “RETURN” in the subject line to start your return.

  2. Once we confirm, please pack your items neatly in their original packaging and include your original shipping invoice. (We can’t accept returns without it.)

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. After we receive your return, please allow 4–6 business days for your store credit or size exchange to be ready.

For Local Pickup Orders:

  • The same rules apply — don’t forget your original receipt.
